20 years of experience, Dr. Valerie Weisman assists organizations

Dr. Weisman is a successful and sought-after "change agent" with
experience teaching, facilitating and leading individuals, teams, groups,
executives and companies through complex, systemic changes. Dr.
Weisman is qualified to administer assessment instruments and provide
evidence-based feedback for executive coaching and organizational consulting
issues.
Valerie's portfolio includes high-profile work within Fortune 500 companies,
non-profits and local, state, and federal government agencies. She
has business experience in cross-industries as a project manager and
advisor in key leadership positions. A lively facilitator, instructor,
and organizational change specialist experienced in change management
processes, Valerie has a wealth of experience in both academia and
business.
Dr. Weisman is on the faculty at The George Washington University in
Washington, D.C. as Adjunct Professor teaching Executive Coaching to
Master-level and Ph.D. students in Leadership Studies previously. She
has received numerous awards and citations for her work and has presented
at National Conferences in Organization and Change Management topics.
